“Form over FunctionYes it's a cute, historic home that photographs well within walking distance of coffee, restaurants and shopping. It's also a historic home with a very long, steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom and a claw foot tub that is just plain annoying. There's a reason they don't put claw foot tubs in houses anymore. If you are shorter than 5'8" you won't be able to reach the showerhead to move it out of the way if needed. Trying to shower and not wet your hair was definitely a……

“The atmosphere was not welcoming. The furniture was in poor condition and not comfortable. The kitchen was not stacked with usable items to make anything a coffee and possibly reheat in the microwave. The location is fabulous and Savannah is always great. ”

“Very clean and big enough for what we needed. Renters should know bunks are not for anyone over 100lbs but top bunk has no rail. Everything was fine but the tub does not drain well and the only bed with a comforter was the king. All other beds only had sheets. We did notify them after our first night and they offered to bring us some. There is also only parking for ONE vehicle. Owner is very responsive! It is a small space but super cute and well appointed. ”

“Ted was very responsive to any inquiries. A notebook is in place and provides information about the place, heating, air, etc. The location is excellent. The place is clean. We appreciated we could have our dog with us. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. Visited Savannah with a friend and my 6 year old son. I appreciated the ability to park off the street and had it not been raining we would have been able to walk to……
