Loved the location, the staff and the included breakfast. Best free breakfast I've ever had! Our room had a very noisy air conditioning system that woke me up a few times. Bathroom needs to have more places to put your items. Loved the charm.

Staff were always friendly and helpful from providing hot tea on chilly evening to helping navigate the city and historical places. Enjoyed complementary wine and music at 5:30 pm. Hotel is central to everything as we walked to everything. Very charming breakfast room. We will chose Marshall House again.

Our experience at The Marshall House in Savannah, Georgia, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and genuine Southern hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is truly something special! Rich in history and full of historic charm and character, The Marshall House offers an experience that goes far beyond an ordinary hotel stay. There’s something magical about being surrounded by so much history while enjoying such outstanding hospitality. The combination of excellent service, wonderful staff, and fascinating history made our visit truly memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Marshall House to anyone visiting beautiful Savannah. We look forward to returning!
