It was located pretty close to everything (within 20 mins on foot). Savannah was very beautiful, we were happy to walk around the downtown. The hotel has only Valet option, that was a little inconvenient since the location was not perfectly in the center, so having a car close would have been more convenient. The front lady (black woman) was very rude the whole time.. we stayed two nights there, but she had seemed unhappy everytime we saw her. The valet parking staff was very informative and friendly. Also the bartender was helpful and nice. We appreciated them a lot. The hotel itself was very clean and pleasant.

Front desk staff was not accommodating and most importantly lacked common courtesy/mannerisms such as a simple hello, thank you, and how can I help you. The room was modern but the housekeeping was subpar. Upon check in, we had requested daily room cleaning with new towels. That did not happen on the first night, so then we felt like we had to double check with the front desk twice a day (morning and afternoon) to ensure it would get done while we were gone for the day. We were assured that the request has been in the computer system under our room number, and it was frustrating when it was not done for the 2 of our 4 nights. We will not be returning to this hotel which is unfortunate since our daughter recently moved to Savannah and we plan on visiting several times per year.

Courteous staff, comfortable beds. A little cramped for four adult family members but the location is worth the tiny bit of discomfort. As parking is a commodity in Savannah, either pay the high price of valet parking or find nearby lots.

Rooms felt smaller and less polished than in the photos. Late-night arrival valet was unmanned, so we had to park a few blocks away after a long travel day. Plenty of room for improvement.

Upon entering the hotel, the staff weren't very friendly. The hotel needs firmer pillows, and the mattress was uncomfortable. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

We were visiting SCAD Open House and booked our stay at Cambria. Check-in was quick and easy - we got our key cards and went upstairs only to discover that our room was not cleaned after a previous guest: messy bed, towels on the floor and food leftovers. So we went downstairs to get another room and found out they didn’t have 2 queen beds rooms available anymore so they gave us a king bed room instead and promised to give us the room that we had ordered. The king room was nice, 6th floor, lots of windows, clean and comfy. But only one bed. So next morning we went down with our bags to check out of the king room. They told us they now have a 2 queens room available, we got new key cards and went back upstairs. The key didn’t work. Went back downstairs. They replaced the key cards. We went back to the room. The cards didn’t work. Went back downstairs. The lady from front desk was apologetic and took us back to the room to help us unlock the door. Her master keys didn’t work either. So we went back downstairs, left our bags with them and rushed to get breakfast and to the SCAD. When we came back in the afternoon they said our room is now ready so we got new key cards and our bags and went upstairs. The room was indeed a 2 queens room and was clean and ready for us. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor not on 6th like we’ve got the first time so it was a bit noisy. Otherwise everything was fine - beds were comfy, everything was clean.

The hotel looks modern and updated, and I really liked the built-in Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom — that was a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The biggest issue was the lack of staff and cleanliness. It took over 25 minutes just to check in because no one was at the desk. Our first room smelled like sewage and had hair all over the toilet. The second room looked better but had stained sheets, and later we found hair all over the shower. There were also no cups for the Keurig and no housekeeping staff available to help with anything. This hotel clearly has potential, but the staffing and cleanliness problems ruined the experience. I will never be staying there again when I return to Savannah.

My son and I went stayed here on our annual vacation. The hotel is clean and very nice. We particularly loved the Bluetooth mirror in our bathroom. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room very well; however, they did empty the trash and make the beds.
