“Everything was beyond our expectations! The gardens(wow!) - one of the prettiest properties we’ve seen. And, the kind staff made us feel at home. Definitely coming back, just to stay here. Thanks to Peter, Ali and others.”

“The staff was very pleasant, my room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, other aspects of the room were sorely lacking. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet seat did not fit straight, the carpeting was terribly stained, the screen door to the balcony was broken, and the overall look was very dated. I understand the inn is about to undergo a big upgrade, and that's a good thing. It's needed.”

“10-15 minute walk to town. Extremely clean and updated. Rooms were spacious. Nice grounds and pool area. Only complaint is the ice machine was completely empty. Otherwise, a great stay.”

“It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! “Room was very nice very clean. Our stay was very nice. Only thing I noticed was the landscaping was not very well done. Doesn't look like they tend to it at all. I guess that doesn't matter much because the room was nice.”

“What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!”

“This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”
