The Chatham Seafarer Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The facilities are clean, the garden is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the location is ideally situated for day trips anywhere on the Cape. 5 stars!

Everything about the Chatham Seafarer Inn is excellent. We travelled with three other groups for a family wedding this weekend. The gardens are gorgeous, the pool is unbelievably warm, the rooms spotless and the beds comfy. The staff was so helpful and it was a joy to check in with John. He gave us lots of tips for great places to eat and things to do. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at the Chatham Seafarer Inn was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect Cape Cod charm. The rooms were comfortable and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal—close to beaches, shops, and restaurants while still being peaceful and relaxing. Every detail contributed to a memorable stay. We highly recommend the Chatham Seafarer Inn and look forward to returning on our next trip to Cape Cod!

We checked in on Friday, August 14, 2026 for a wedding. John checked us in. He was so helpful, full of knowledge about the Inn and the surrounding area and great suggestions for places to eat. The grounds were beautiful, very well maintained. The rooms were clean, modern, included a mini fridge, microwave and coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, with plenty of drawer space and a nice open closet. The air conditioner was super cold and worked very well. The pool and surrounding area was beautiful. The and the landscaping was beautiful. It was a wonderful weekend in Cape Cod too! The Seafarer Inn is a gem on Main Street. We will definitely stay there again the next time we venture to Cape Cod.

Our room had large gaps in the flooring. It was uneven and had warped. This was a tripping hazard and not barefoot friendly. The in-wall air conditioner wasn't sized properly for the space, so the room was left humid due to the unit being oversized and not able to run long enough. When it was running it was incredibly loud. The air conditioner is also located at the foot of the bed, so it blows directly on you. The overall property was free of trash and debris. Check in staff was friendly.

Pleasant setting and easy parking for mobile adults. Not sensitive to mobility challenged guests (no handicap parking assigned and declined when requested.) Room was well appointed. Staff was on staff during brief and specific times — we did not have any advance notice about the limited staff hours.

Great place to stay

The Chatham seafarer inn was a great home base while I was visiting the cape. Good rates, good amenities and the room was very clean. I visit the cape yearly and this was one of the nicest stays I’ve experienced.
