Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage was supplied with everything we needed. It was a perfect getaway to reconnect and have some much needed family time. Scott gave us amazing food recommendations and tips on the best time to kayak We loved everything about our stay and hope to visit again..

Best rental stay

This is the second time we've stayed at the cottage. The location and views are spectacular. Right on the beach so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.Scott was a gracious host. He communicated with us before the visit, had helpful tips when we arrived, and checked in during our stay.

Lovely weekend

Had a great weekend in this Lovely little cottage. Scott, our host was very helpful and checked in to answer questions and make sure all was okay. Will stay here again.

Location, location, location!

I cannot say enough about the location of this rental. Right on the beach, with gorgeous sunsets every night. And the proximity to downtown Chatham is great. The house is cozy, and has everything you might need for a longer stay. The owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It was a bit chilly in April, and the extra blankets came in handy. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Lovely Quiet stay

Perfect cottage for enjoying time away during a long weekend. Even in the rainy weather. Convenient location and beautiful surroundings next to the beach. All necessities provided for the cottage. Would be happy to stay there in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous location. Amazing hosts. Great for kids, lots of creatures around at low tide. Perfectly clean house, everything in good working order. We will go back!

Fantastic Stay at the Cape!

My wife, young kids and I had an absolute blast staying at Scott’s place. Fantastic set up having a great beach right there. Perfect for traveling with kids. Great location just a few minutes from downtown Chatham. Scott was super helpful from check in to check out. He had great recommendations on where to go and what to do. We will look to make this an annual trip.

Cozy beach cottage

Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Just what we needed

My daughter and I stayed at the cottage for a couple of days in March for a quiet getaway and it was perfect. Outside of the fact that it's in a fantastic location and we could enjoy the beach all to ourselves, the home was very cozy and clean, and Scott was amazing - very attentive and super helpful with information about the area. Will visit again.

Idyllic Cottage

What a lovely family! Anne, Kay & Scott made us feel right at home. The cottage is clean, comfy, cozy & coastal. Walk to the beach and sit by the marsh watching the sun set. Life is good at Seaside Cottages.

Nice little getaway

My Husband and I wanted to enjoy a Anniversary getaway! We usually stay at a resort in Chatham, but we decided to rent a AirB&B! The location was perfect with plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the ocean. Scott couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful with our stay! Fabulous!!

The cottage was perfect-very cozy, clean, equipped with anything we needed & has a location and views that cannot be beat! Scott couldn't be nicer. He was so responsive and suggested lots of great spots to visit. Since we did not have enough time & loved our stay, we are already planning to visit again.
