Indian hill chatham

Space was clean, quiet and spacious. Loved the new air conditioning, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Bit pricey for no water views but guess it’s just what people are able to get now.

Chatham House

This property was great! The house had more then enough space for our big family, the game room kept the little ones busy when we weren't on the beach. The upstairs was beautiful and provided a quite space for our little one. The area was quite and the beaches were within short driving distance which was very important to us. We would highly recommend this home for your vaca!

Nice getaway

The house was as advertised. A problem with the cable TV was quickly and proactively addressed by the management company and I received a call from the owner! Cannot fault the responsiveness. AC units are older and unfortunately very noisy, especially in the master. Basement was a little musty smelling but we aired it out and by the end of the week it was much better. Lovely neighborhood and a very comfortable week in the Cape.

Lovely home

Great set up.. Bedrooms comfortable w exception of window AC in master. Unfortunately a real klunker and noise maker… Fortunately cool nights and it ran quite on just fan setting. The common space on main floor was terrific! The game tables in basement were great.. We enjoyed the air hockey table! Lots of laughs. Basement smell very musty :( There was a dehumidifier. We had a great time at this lovely home despite a few minor issues.

House and appliances were great. A/c in master was very loud and annoying A/c in main house was not large enough Mattresses on beds were too hard

House was great for our large party

House was great. Very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. It was supposed to have linens for beds. Only some rooms had sheets, which was unusual. Either you provided sheets or you don’t. No towels either but great overall. Would definitely stay again.

House better than pictures, perfect summer vaca!!

The living room is not pink as was in the pictures which deterred is at first. The inside of house was beautiful, large round table on deck and grill very accommodating. We had 3 families, and never felt on top of eachother, lots of areas for teens to hang out. The kettle pond just down the way was the most beautiful to paddle board and swim in. This was “the perfect place” indeed!
