Welcome to your perfect Chatham retreat—new to the rental market and truly one-of-a-kind. Built right into a hillside, this nautically inspired home feels like a hidden cubby, offering a rare sense of privacy and tranquility just minutes from the iconic lighthouse, pier, and Main Street.

This two-story home offers a thoughtful layout and inviting indoor-outdoor flow. The main level features a bright kitchen that opens into a charming dining room, making mealtime a joy. The vaulted family room extends up to the second floor, creating an airy, connected space perfect for gathering or relaxing. Oversized sliding doors bring in beautiful natural light and open directly to the pool area for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The main floor also includes a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite jack-and-jill style bath (tub/shower combo), and sliding glass doors leading straight to the pool—an ideal setup for a quiet morning dip or evening unwind. A second bedroom with a full bed has private access to another full bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for shared use. A cozy third room with a twin trundle bed doubles as an extra TV lounge or additional sleeping area—complete with closing doors for privacy.

But the true heart of this home is the three-season lap pool room, which connects directly to an expansive, sun-drenched deck. The location was very convenient to Chatham center yet peaceful and quiet. The house was excellent for providing for our family of 10 (3 generations). We could gather as a group and yet individuals could find their own quiet space, especially in the morning on the spacious deck.
