“We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.”

“The front desk was fantastic! Great communication. Texted to make sure I knew how to use the fireplace. They made me feel safe. The bathroom needs some updating. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great value for the price in a great location. ”

“Very pleasant all around! Big room, very clean, coffee maker and good sized fridge in the room. Also a very good price. My only suggestions for the management are to leave several packets of coffee in the rooms (only had one decaf and one regular) and more hangers in the closet.”

“I transferred to By The Bay had suite 1A. It was lovely. Lousy weather room had full fridge gas cooking well stocked with dishes pans bed excellent firm bedding lovely. ”
