All the little efforts were put into the property to make it feel like an intimate home, like providing plenty of additional towels for the jacuzzi, shampoo / conditioner in the showers and more. The owner was incredibly responsive to all requests and inquiries before and during the stay. They had the minor things that I have had to purchase or go without when I've been at other VRBO houses (scissors, salt, cinnamon, bandaids, etc).
