Stunning lookout mountain views, FREE Parking, 3 smart TV’s, central heat & air, and all new appliances & furniture including new mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

This is a 3rd floor unit so you only need to take one flight of stairs up from the 2nd floor lobby, or you can use the elevator for your convenience.

The condo has exterior security cameras. Tampering with security cameras, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. No visitors or house parties.

Great location for our stay, right across the street from where we went to a concert. Loved the included parking options. Condo is nicely updated and has all the amenities you could need. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Chattanooga!
