Was undergoing a renovation that was not disclosed on the listing. As a result, there was no breakfast (just a grab and go muffin), no room for trailer parking (despite listing saying there was), hallway carpets were covered, room numbers were handwritten post-it notes, and rooms had taste and smell of construction dust.

This place was a complete disaster. Dangerous tool and equipment all over because instead of doing renovations professionally they are slobs and don’t care about their guests safety and comfort. Old toilets laying all around the property.. Lady at front desk was so rude and lazy. This place was a joke.

If you don't mind the renovations going on, this a great value for the money. It was just 5 miles to downtown and closer to Lookout Mountain and Ruby falls. Very quiet and some restaurants close by. Right next to a Walmart as well.

Room was big we had 4 people and it was plenty big enough. On site pool was nice. Plenty of parking on site and near by. Staff was great! Room looked and smelled clean. Walking distance to resturants and stores.

Don’t stay here. They are charging top dollar for a hotel that’s still under renovations. The front desk workers are rude as can be and accused me and my fiancée of “stealing” all because we were looking around the lobby to see what would even be served for breakfast. We never even touched anything and we were downstairs waiting for our doordasher. Fire alarms weren’t even hooked up, floors had plastic wrap on them, rooms had sticky notes for room #s, hot water in shower got lukewarm at best, shower curtain was ripped and tied back together.. list could go on and on .. avoid this place and book somewhere else. I would have went somewhere else but it was already 10 pm and we just got done traveling from hours away.

We didn’t opt for the breakfast. Check in was a breeze. Thankfully. Room was clean and cool. There was a bit of road noise, due to its location but that eventually subsided into the night. All and all, stay was fine.
