Staff was courteous. First room, the fridge had not been emptied and there was 2 containers of Thai food on there and the whole room stunk horribly. Lady was very nice and apologized, moved us to a similar room nearby. It was great. No hair dryer in room, and fiance freaked out but lady at desk gave me one. Disaster averted. I would stay again based on price and location near Rock City.

You get what you pay for. Place was dirty. Stains on sheets and towels. Druggie hangout spot. I feared my car would be broken into but all was good, and front office staff was very kind, hence the 3 stars.

Easy access off 24 with a great view! Super comfy beds! Staff were friendly! Need to add little amenities like Kleenex and shampoo dispensers to keep up with other motels/hotels.

I like how quiet and and how the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. If there were some improvements that could be made is offer a free breakfast and have a pool that works.
