When I booked this hotel, I thought I had seen that the shuttle from/ to the airport was included. I was surprised to see that it wasn't having rechecked the day before heading to River Rock Hotel. However, getting to the hotel was very much straightforward. I say this as a mother travelling with a 6 year with 3 suitcases! The Sky line leaves you at the station and the station is interconnected with the hotel. I did not see this as a hassle whatsoever.
The hotel is wonderful, and staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool is a highlight for little one. Highly recommend this property and I would not hesitate booking the hotel again for a short stay close to Vancouver airport.
