Very neat and clean and service desk takes care of auto taxi booking etc. Hotwater shower and clean toilet beds etc. 1 km to east nada but you can pay 50rs to auto for drop

I stayed at the Guruvayoor Habitat Suite for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They greeted us with a welcome drink and made us feel truly valued with their respectful and polite service. I was given a Super Deluxe Room with a beautiful corner view overlooking the temple and railway station. The property,is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Guruvayoor Temple, with an autorickshaw (tuk tuk) and taxi stand right in front. The reception can also help arrange transportation if needed. The Wi-Fi was fast, the TV and all amenities were in great condition. Overall, a highly recommended stay — comfortable, convenient, and truly hospitable!

The staff were cordial, the property is barely a 1 star leave alone a 4 star. Lots of bugs were crawling all over the property. The bathrooms were unclean and old. The furnitures had stain and there were lizards in the room. Overall a terrible experience.

A okay place to stay. but no VFM

The value for money factor is not good for this place. They are charging way too high for the place and service provided. Plenty of good options available in and around the temple that cost way less for the same level of comfort. we stayed for a day and multiple times from both rooms we approached service / maintenance as the TV were plugged to Airtel dish tv but there was no active subscription. the answer was weird stating signal issue when clearly the signal were present but no subscription has been renewed for long.

Do not spend 7000rs per night!

Good: breakfast was neat and good. Bad: We booked 2 rooms and No rooms here are worth 7000rs per night and check makemytrip was around 3500 per night. The restrooms smell was bad so I asked to change rooms and in the new rooms one room had water stuck in the kitchen type sink. The other room fan was making noise and shaking and we couldn’t use AC because of my kid and I had to keep checking it and was 1am to change room. No toilet paper was given in one room and after multiple follow up the house keeper said they were out of it. The other new room toilet paper looked like wet and then dried.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the property to be new and well-maintained, which gave it a fresh and inviting feel. However, there were some areas where housekeeping could improve. The couch in our room was noticeably dirty and should have been vacuumed before check-in. The bed was neatly made, but the sheet had a mark that was off-putting. The washrooms were decent but could benefit from more thorough cleaning. Despite these issues, the hotel stood out as a better option compared to others in the area, based on reviews we read before booking. Overall, it’s a solid choice, but attention to cleanliness details would elevate the experience.

Got room upgraded to deluxe which sounded great. Quick and professional approach at the reception, staff are courteous and friendly .Room is spacious but not very clean , looked like it had been recently renovated , the linen looked like not changed after previous guests, stained pillow cases, requested for it to be changed and was done promptly. They had charged me twice for the room and debited twice from my account . I had to contact the receptionist several times to rectify and get a confirmation from the hotel about the double payment.I’m still waiting for refund . Moreover I noticed on check out that they provide welcome drink to guests on arrival, but we were not given any on our arrival. I will not be going back to this hotel any more.
