"One of the best stays during our 3 week trip in Ecuador. Maybe the best overall. Modern and luxeous lodge in a gorgeous, peaceful landscape with a beautiful view on the forested mountains. "This place is absolutely beautiful. Noone would think next to an airport such a mesmerizing finca could exist. The gates open and you are surrounded by cypress trees, llamas that walk the grounds, a duck pond, and bunnies. The grounds are a piece of paradise. The rooms are clean and with huge windows facing the gardens. Their restaurant serves homemade food...best lasagna and ribs. They also have a pool, a well equipped gym, and ping pong table. They take you to the airport for only $5. It was the most relaxing time in Ecuador. Also, very safe behind gated area. "

"I only stayed there to sleep on my last night in Ecuador before getting on a plane very early the next morning. They were very hospitable, and the shuttle was there for me when I woke up. They even gave me a little knock on my hotel door (a minute before I was about to leave) to make sure I came downstairs to the taxi. Room was clean. Wifi worked. Can't comment on outside of building because I arrived and left in the dark."

"Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service.
