At the very least, the AC should be working to improve air circulation. I tried several times, and it won't. Towels were provided but you almost wouldn't want to use them. 「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

"Location is truly superb on Rue Cler, in an old style 19th century Haussmannian building which is beautiful. Rue Cler is a famous pedestrian market street located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France. Although the rooms are a little small the hotel staff are superb, attentive and very friendly. They went out of their way to help me retrieve a lost item. I can’t thank them enough and we would stay there again."
