“It was a cute cottage style room. Perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was an extremely cozy place to stay.”

“What a great stay. The Carriage House is steps away from Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont. And we were able to easily walk to the Gulch and even downtown. There are also a few cafes and shops just a couple of blocks out the door which really contributed to that neighborhood feel. The apartment itself is spacious, well maintained, comfortable and very nicely stocked with all the amenities you could need. Laundry too is a plus. Thanks so much -- we'd love to return to the Carriage House next……

“Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't……
