“The property was overbooked. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I was not able to check-in and didn’t get my money refunded either. Had to make another reservation at the last minute and pay for that too. This property is not trustworthy. ”

“The location is different from the address on Google map, making it difficult to find the place. It's actually in a quite residential area, about 20 min walk to the medina. The room is spacious which can fit 5 people, but the bathroom has a strong cleaning liquid smell. The staffs are boys from the restaurants next door. They're sweet! If you need towel or anything, just go find them next door.”

“The apt is no longer a short term rental, and it was very difficult for us to even locate it. When we finally did locate the owner, after a couple hours of asking around, he was gracious and provided us with similar housing through a friend, free of charge for us. However, the advertised house is no longer being rented out through VRBO.”

“The location is great but it depends on the room type you choose. The address provided is the check-in point and the actual living location is another place, the location of ours is just 2 minutes walk from the point. The setting in the room is good but can be better. No hair dryer unless by request. I cannot find any wifi at public area mentioned. If you concern about security issues, please consider about it as all windows cannot be locked even though the security in the city seems……

“This property was smaller than expected on the website. The bathroom was disgusting, the bathroom door only locked from the outside, the mirror was on the outside, it smelled like urine and the shower was small. The beds were uncomfortable. There were huge roaches in the living room. They only provided one fan and it was a sauna in there. We open the windows to let for the breeze but couldn’t sleep because it’s so loud outside. Cats and dogs fighting all through the night. Terrible experience.……

“I just booked this riad 4 days ago, but was told it had been closed. I don't know why it was still exist in hotels.com website, and it could be booked successfully with fully payment, and it was claimed to be guaranteed. Of course, I could not move in and had to look for another hotel in the last few hours. ”

“Staff is helpful and friendly. Lovely place to stay. It was pity that cannot enjoy breakfast there due to early bus. It is away from main road, a bit tough to reach with suitcase. ”

“是当地唯一一家五星，但其实不太对得起5星的标准，房间精致非常好，位置也很好，在入老城不久，也有人在停车场接送提行李，但老城内的路非常不好走，自己进去恐怕要给钱别人提行李，没有电梯，幸好员工很好帮忙拿行李，浴室的水力很足，前台经常没人，早餐很慢很慢。游泳池正在房间下方，天台太漂亮了，为什么不改在天台用餐要在大堂早餐呢，总而言之性价比一般。”
