“Horrible location, extremely loud. Sounded like we were sleeping in someones basement with the ceiling about to cave in. Checked out a day early as well because the family felt unsafe. ”

“It was clean and adorable. Loved being walking distance to the coffee shop. We slept on the pullout that was oddly very comfortable because the king bed was hard as a rock. This place was great but if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax find somewhere else. This suite is cocooned by the 5 bedroom chickadee inn and you can hear everything they say and everywhere they walk. There’s a slide so it’s kid friendly making the noise even worse. The train isn’t even that bad. Once guests checked……

“Enjoyed our stay at the Bavarian Gasthaus and would recommend. We were only there for 3 nights and it was perfect for that amount of time for the 2 of us. Clean and comfortable but the best part is the location in downtown and we never once had to find or pay for parking. Our friends who were staying out of town had to constantly worry about the parking and re-loading the meter. Some traffic noise early in the morning but it didn't bother us.If we were staying longer it may have been a little……

The porch was so dark - light wasn’t working. I stumbled at the steps, but also felt nervous in the dark. I don’t know the area well enough to be comfortable.
