“The owner was very responsive to our needs(door entry codes, ope). King bed with lots of pillow options and very comfortable. Quaint balcony, great for viewing the super cool river with morning free coffee or evening beverage. Good bathroom with a nice double shower head. Kitchen has a good sized dorm fridge, a mini micowave and some cups/glasses and a cute pitcher, a small table at the wonderful full size window overlooking the river.
