This is a little diamond in the rough. It's only a block off the main drag, and a block from the water. It is very pretentious, but it is also very homey and comfortable.

Older hotel but well kept. We were looking forward to having a fresh breakfast on site but they closed for the season on the day of our arrival. They did offer grab and go options.

It's a nice, cozy hotel with a cafe where you can buy breakfast or another meal. The place is conveniently located on a quiet street next to Riverwalk Park. The hotel is well maintained, though we noticed a clogged bathroom sink and a wobbly door handle. It should be an easy fix, but it still needs attention.

We loved our cozy stay in the updated Sage room. It was super quiet and we had the best nights sleep of our trip. We arrived late and there was a note on the door with instructions on how to enter our room. The room was large, nice, comfortable beds and bedding and good lighting which is always a plus. The shower had hot water and the towels were fresh smelling and soft. The attached restaurant had just started their off season menu, and we both had delicious quiche. It was an easy walk to the little shopping district. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Older hotel, but the room was updated very nicely to a modern feel. It was cozy with a kitchen table, comfy living room chairs, and a tiny kitchenette. There is a popular onsite cafe, but we didn’t get a chance to try it. It looked yummy though. The location is great, right in the historic downtown and across the street from a beautiful waterfront park.
