Set right on the southern shores of Lake Chelan, you'll also have dock and basketball court access, as well as beach access nearby. Two miles from the fairways at the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course, and just shy of three miles from the Chelan Riverwalk Park, this ground-floor condo puts you close to shopping, grocery stores, and popular eateries. Wine aficionados will love being in the heart of Lake Chelan's wine country with almost 30 wineries in the region. During wintertime, skiing and snowboarding are eight miles away at Echo Valley Ski Area.

Back at your home away from home, walk inside and you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light and an open-concept living space inviting relaxation. Sit comfortably on the furniture there watching your favorite shows on TV or walk outside to lounge on your scenic furnished patio. Boasting views of the pool, the water, and beyond, you'll often be tempted to sear your meals on the grill and dine alfresco to truly savor your time here.

Dock details: Shared docks may be used for up to 2 hours at a time-no overnight mooring. Buoys may be rented at the office for $25 per night plus tax.
