Great Stay!

I really enjoyed staying here. I came here with 4 other people and the space provided was perfect for all of us. Really liked that the lake was at a walking distance. The place comes with everything you need! Definitely would come back

Pretty much nasty and unacceptable.Junk and broken lights and fans in our closetBedding problem, extra pillows all had nasty stains all over them with several black hairs. bed pillows are 1.5 inch thick so basically no pillow and extras not an option. Had to go buy extra pillows on our own cost.Master bedroom door handle broke, so unable to shut door for privacy.Toilets needed maintained on flushing systems.Lots of stains on couch

Chelan suites

Check in and check out was easy. The condo was fine. Some areas of the rental property looked a little rough, but it was fine for what we were doing. We were disappointed that the elevator was out of order. It made it difficult for one of our group who has Mobility issues. Overall it was a good stay.

Dirty & unmanaged place

First of all our code for garage or pool never worked. Contacted management several times & they kept giving us the same code. 2nd The rooms were dirty. 3rd toilet didn’t flush in one bathroom, maintenance came the 2nd day & said the toilet needs a new pump, so couldn’t use the bathroom. 3rd. Fridge leaked water all over our food & had to place paper towels all through the fridge. 4th spider webs & spider all around the windows & found some in the bed. Horrible place to stay. Will never stay here again. Ran into people in the elevator & they all said the same thing.

Location was perfect. Nice view from the balcony. Lots of issues which were reported to the management separately from this comment section. Will return to the condo resort but to a different unit.

Condo on the beach

I love that this condo is on the beach and I don’t need to worry about finding a parking. The condo was very nice but it wasn’t deep cleaned for a long time. Dust everywhere and walls are all dirty. Pillows are flat and stained. Bed in master bedroom is unstable, we had to sleep on sofa in living room instead. There were other issues as well which we reported to the property management. We could not get into the pool because the code that was provided to us wouldn’t work. Despite of all the issues encountered, we will come back to this condo resort but to a different unit.

Nice Place to Stay for a Week-end Away

Hillside Rest was a nice unit. It was clean and nicely decorated. There were issues with the air conditioning. We could not get the unit below 75 degrees. The bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was more than adequate. The view from the room was minimal but you could defintely see the lake. It's a short walk to the lake shore. The parking situation is not ideal. The keypad for the garage door is incredibly difficult to operate, it is extremely easy to press the wrong key. Also it was not clear at all in the description that there is no other on-site parking. If you have two cars with this unit one will have to park off-site in a public parking space. That was not clear at all in the description and when you look at the property online it appears there is plenty of parking surrounding the building. That parking though is all for the hotel next door. The unit was very quiet. I never heard neighbors on either side or above.

Wonderful lake view condo!

Everything was great and very comfortable and quiet. Very clean and a nice view of the lake. Parking was very accessible and if you were bringing young children they had all the equipment you would need. They were well stocked on all the necessities and more. 😃

Dirty, Poorly Maintained Property

Every property should be immaculate upon arrival, not "lived in," as this one was. Although the photographs look great, the lack of attention and cleanliness to our unit was appalling. Fingerprints on the light switches, dirty windows with cobwebs on the interior side, fingerprints on the glass-top dining room table, red smudges on the bedroom door frame and wall (possibly lipstick?), hair in both bathroom showers, a layer of dirt on all the baseboards...the list goes on and on. There's an "ick" factor here that makes one think someone was just there before you arrived, and only a half-hearted effort was made to tidy up. Add to this a number of maintenance issues, such as a missing threshold between the hallway and bathroom door, paint scraped off the wall in the spare bedroom, an air conditioning system that barely works in the master bedroom (despite prior guest complaints). This place is in need of a deep-cleaning, and all of the above issues, and more, should be addressed immediately. DO NOT rent from this property until this happens.

Great location but poor AC

The location was amazing and parking garage was so nice. The air conditioner didn’t work well and the place was super hot in the afternoons. The cleaning people didn’t do a great job after last guests and that was the biggest complaint. Loved having washer and dryer and being so close to the water!

Clean & Quiet

Broken AC and poor customer service

The AC was broken for our summer visit. Vacasa did send a couple general maintenance workers who attempted basic fixes, like resetting the circuit breaker, but then would leave, and the AC never worked. Our 15 month old daughter was sweating through 80+ degree nights. In addition to multiple phone calls and emails during the visits, we sent multiple complaint emails to Vacasa afterwards, which they have ignored.

Great getaway

This condo was a wonderful home base. The temperature during out stay was in the mid nineties but the air conditioner combatted the heat no problem. Unit was super clean but the master bed was uneven and a bit soft and squeaky. The condo itself was immaculate and the kitchen well stocked (except coffee but that’s minor). Close proximity to the swimming area and garage parking were a plus. Building was quiet and easy to access. We would 100% return.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay

The property is as advertised and very up to date, so no issues with the amenities. The check in process seemed pretty easy as I got an email and text message with access codes, but they didn't work and given it was a Sunday had difficulty getting resolution. Luckily, there was a Vacasa maintenance person who happened to be there at the property that was able to help out. Had he not been there, I think the stay would have started off on a very sour note. One thing to note is that the underground parking, appreciated of course, is for a compact car. I was able to fit my 1/2 ton truck in the spot, but it was after a series of 10 point turns to squeeze it in there. It wasn't obvious where other parking outside was, so more information on that front would have been appreciated. The place is great, and as with all properties, needing a deep clean and cosmetic touchups here and there. Only request I would have is to have more blankets as there were very thin quilts as cover.

The condo was great, the hot tub was definitely needed. The codes to open doors gave us some trouble. Great kitchen, comfy beds, good water pressure.
