“Good position for the sea”

“The staff were really friendly, but knew that our shower was broken to the degree it was unusable and didn't inform us, nor did they offer an alternative when we brought it up. No AC and the hotel was registering over 30° inside, and we arrived back late at night to find the hotel locked up and nobody answering the buzzer. We had to call the hotel to find someone to let us in. Not well organised, and the curtains in the room had obvious burn marks, and the carpet was coming up against one wall.”

“The linen was very fresh and clean smelling, owner very pleasant. The property is undergoing refurbishment, hence the low price. TV didnt work and fridge needed a clean, the loo brush was source of nasty smell. ”

“Fantastic location to get into Central London - the tube is about 200m from the hotel, but it's still in a quiet area tucked away from the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & the parking was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good value. Our room was one of the older ones in the property, so it was very tired and needed some updating - that said, it has all the amenities you'd need, it was clean, and everything worked! “Would make them 0 if I could! DO NOT STAY HERE They’re isn’t a reception, have to ring to get a code for your room and they just don’t answer the call so we had to book else where when we arrived. Then they won’t waiver the refund request. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!”

“It was ok there but there was no tv in room so I would not be going there again I had to keep my self busy and go to Stratford town it not what I wanted to do I want to relax tv time in the room as I was going to see west ham stadium to see take that”
