“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

Other than a restaurant and the souvenir shops the amenities were minimal but very appropriate for the main focus of the location, the Sanctuary to Our Lady of Lourdes and the needs of the visiting pilgrims. Very centric and walking distance to the grotto.”

“雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。”

“Staff were very nice and helpful, hotel very convenient short Walkman to the sanctuary, room was spacious enough but what made the stay terrible were the beds. The mattresses were almost non existent, they were so thin you felt the boards underneath. It’s not an exaggeration. Our backs ached so much and we could not sleep , it was terrible.”
