The property itself is great. It’s a little getaway into the wilderness on the edge of civilization. Best of both worlds. It’s what we call our home away from home. it’s a place where you can see wildlife and the northern lights. don’t hesitate and book this and for you older people my wife and I are 70 years old and we’re going to do this just as long as we can because it’s that special.we go every year and we love it each and every time the northern lights are different every time it’s a new adventure every year that we go"

"We had a VRBO booked for over six months in Salcha, the owner decided to cancel our reservation with barely 24 hours’ notice. Seeing that I was travelling from Florida it was a very bad situation to find ourselves in.I looked and found this Moose Creek unit and booked it. Not knowing what to expect as we took the only thing around. Let me just say that this was the best last minute "get me out of a bind" decision I have made this year. The unit was immaculate, spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet... as quiet as you can be next to an Air Force base. If you know Salcha you will know what I mean. We were in town to visit family and have already sent this units information to all our family and friends with instruction to “book this first”.Its proximity to shopping and North Pole is excellent, and Fairbanks is only 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this unit and will be booking for all my future trips to Salcha."

"I was hesitant to stay in a dry cabin, but we extended our trip and all "regular" cabins were already booked. Brenda is a super host, making sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. We could see the Northern Lights right outside the cabin or even by looking out the large window inside the cabin. Would definitely stay again!"
