"Clean room, business friendly"

"booked 2 units of 1 bedroom deluxe rooms. The condition of the 26th floor's unit was so bad. The 10th floor one was a world of difference. We stayed for 4 nights and will be checking in to Ascott Raffles City in Chongqing on 11Apr. Hope it will be a much better experience. "

"Biggest issue was temperature of the room at night. Thermostat did not work, room would stay hot all night when it was cool outside. Asked staff to send someone but was not fixed. "

"The hotel was not well managed as it has smoking everywhere when we enter into the check in floor. The surrounding of this hotel is chaos. I won’t stay there any more in the future for sure. "
