The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, always responding promptly to guests' needs and consistently going the extra mile. From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and genuine care made me teel truly welcomed and well looked after. Professional service with a personal touch that made my Chengdu stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful hotel and very central, it was very clean and felt very luxurious! We would definitely stay here again, it made our stay in Chengdu very pleasant! Breakfast was delicious and complete!
