The best of chennai
The breakfast is excellent including cucumber juice ,carrot juice.good for girl! Staff is kind that they allows us to change room from a noisy one. The front desk also introduce some attractions to us.Everywhere is clean and Mosquitos also. I don't know why. The incense is good in the hotel. I think it is nature.

Hotel has all the local amenties near by such as restaurants and a bus link to the main train station and the metro system which takes 10 minutes at least. The quality of the decor in the rooms is quite bad as in terms of over paint on fittings. The hotel gives stirrers rather than spoons for the tea set, metal spoons are needed. The view from the break fast table is not nice due to the black horrible river next door other wise the area is safe. They pool shuts at 19.00 but needs to be open until 21.00. I mainly ate outside at Sangeetha's veg restaurant and the Havmor ice cream parlour which is 1 minute walk away from the hotel. There's an unpleasant burning ghee smell as you enter the swimming pool area from the breakfast area. Breakfast service good.

Clean business hotel, a tad expensive for what you get. Surprised to see the Executive Lounge not operational. In fact,it seemed to be used for storage. Room was freezing cold and AC controls did not seem to work too well.

Great hotel, but needs maintenance/service.
1. Booked non-smoking room but they gave me smoking room that was stinking so much. They sent someone with a room spray that didn’t help the situation any better. 2. Bathroom door didn’t close 3. Room key didn’t work, had to go get it corrected twice during the stay. 4. TV kept “buzzing” when turned off May be it’s just my experience. But the interiors of the hotel and the room looks good. The buffet had good variety and tasted really good. Staff were courteous. They need to maintain the place well and provide good service. Might affect their reputation soon.

After staying in most hotels in the area I can safely say that you will not be disappointed with your hotel stay. The room is of a modern design, so is the bathroom, I enjoyed the showers, everything is clean, the gym has a good choice of equipment and the pool was a pleasure to use. I also used their car service and was of good service. So you ask why not 5/5, air con, I am from the UK and can take the cold but when the air con direction is on the bed, you find yourself covered from head to toe, even at the lowest setting, or you switch off the air con, I choose to switch off the air con once the room was cooled. Overall, I will gladly stay here again as I enjoy my stay.

A Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service
It was a pleasure of staying at Radisson Blue Hotel in Chennai, It was a fantastic experience I had from start to finish, everything went well, and i couldn't have asked for a better stay. The check-in and check-out process was super fast and outstanding service. Breakfast was excellent with lot lot of options (please make sure you go early and spend more time otherwise you will miss a lot) In summary it is a exceptional. Convenient location. Safe. Decent facilities. Lives upto brand reputation. Regular Patron. Food variety and taste needs urgent and serious improvement. Almost about the same boring spread each day. Regional cooks / Chefs is a must to produce an authentic taste and flavour. South indian food items prepared here by people from other regions DON'T taste or smell anything closer to their authentic versions prepared in nearby hotels like Ramada Egmore or Ambassador Pallava.

The staff - everyone of them - very friendly, warm, helpful, courteous, competent. The room was very nice, spacious, provided good facilities, comfortable, convenient. The property itself needs a bit of attention and some maintenance. The daily cleaning and upkeep needs more attention to detail. Toilet needs a good cleaning every now and again; just the routine house keeping by itself is not adequate for an establishment of the reputation and prestige as Radisson Blu.

Food is very disappointing. Breakfast had mosquitos all over the food. Food ordered to the room was extremely expensive and was very salty and not eatable. Wifi speed was very slow. Could not rely on it. Had to use my mobile hotspot. Rooms are okay
