Yes the room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, polite and accomodating. I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world but the Trident Chennai take it to a whole new level. You should be a 7 Star not 5 .

Great hotel, and only 10 mins drive from Airport. Clean, spacious rooms, lovely outdoor pool, good restaurant. Ideal before an early flight from Chennai. Airport transfer was cheap. I booked this property for my sister and niece, who were visiting for my niece’s Abacus International Competition. The overall experience was exceptional. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. Special thanks to Jishnu (General Manager), Aadhityan, Nandu, Sohail, Lakshmi, Ala, and Shravan for their remarkable hospitality. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Fantastic Service, the staff was incredibly helpful and flexible when my partner had an upset stomach and needed some support. It was very easy to extend our stay. The gym is quite big and has lots of options. The restaurant offers fantastic food. The air in the rooms can be quite stale. There is no way to open the windows and the AC doesn't really bring any fresh air.

I didn't try their breakfast or other amenities, so I can't comment. For me, this was most convenient for a late check in after flying into the international airport nearby. While it's close to the airport, however, it's farther from the central city where restaurants and shops are within walkable distance. The staff had to help arrange for my ride in and out of the hotel. Luckily, they were very customer-oriented and accommodating.

The staff were at reception and dining area were excellent and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. They had many breakfast options to choose from (both Indian and Western). I really enjoyed the spa treatment there. I would surely recommend Trident to others and to my family because of the wonderful experience I have had on my multiple stays with them.

It was again a wonderful, almost homely stay with an extremely friendly and dedicated staff. The Hotel is conveniently located 4 km from the Airport Terminal. First choice while coming at night from abroad.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, especially at the front desk and restaurant, where I was warmly greeted with a welcome drink. The hotel itself is elegant and spotless, with beautifully maintained lobby areas. My room was spacious, functional, and offered great value for the price—truly a 7-star experience! The only minor suggestion I have is that the TV menu could be made a bit simpler to navigate. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
