It is one of few places in the city that is fit for business travel. Clean and quiet. Buffet style breakfast is offered from 6AM if you can't skip it. No other place nearby to eat meal at such hours. Caveat - food items do not change all year round.

혼자서 편하게 쉬다 왔네요. 뷰가 아쉬웠고 체크아웃이 빨라서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 다음에 또 이용할것같아요.

내부는 좁지만 깔끔하고 옷장이 크고 수납이 잘 되있어서 괜찮아요 침대도 너무 푹신하지 않아서 허리도 편안했어요

추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

이전에 모텔이었나요. 호텔인 척 하는 모텔입니다. 딱 그 정도. 문이 제대로 닫히지 않아 한 번 더 당겨 닫아야 했고, 내부 슬리퍼는 어디 있는지 찾을 수가 없었어요. 어메니티 상자에 하얀 얼룩이 있는데 정체도 모르겠고 그 안에 어메니티도 호텔이라고 하기 어렵습니다. 샤워실 안에 튜브 형태로 벽에 고정된 것이 있었는데 헤어와 바디 공용 이었습니다. 냄새는 말하기도 싫으네요. 드라이기도 곧 사망할 것 같았고 변기 중간중간 찌든때 있었고 수건과 침구도 너무 하더군요. 어지간하면 자고 나오고 싶었는데 도저히 자야겠다는 생각을 할 수가 없어서 돈이 너무너무 아깝지만 그냥 외부 일정만 보고 체크아웃 하고 나왔습니다. 이런 수준의 숙소가 어떻게 1박이 십만원이 넘습니까. 주변에 숙박업소가 별로 없고 백화점과 몰 옆에 있으니 그냥 이정도 가격이라도 상관없는건가요? 호텔이라는 이름을 달고 운영하고 싶다면 개선사항 너무 많아보입니다. 양심 좀 챙기세요.

Second time using hotel lacky. First was for our wedding when we booked a few rooms for our guests who came from the US to celebrate with us. We got to use the standard room this time instead of the suite when we got married. The room is super clean with great amenities and very quiet. Probably the best hotel in cheongju. Room is probably smaller if your used to hotels in the US but is pretty standard for many Asian hotels.

매우 청결함. 객실내 냄새도 안남 침구 매우 꺠끗 옆방 아이 우는 소리도 방음 잘되어서 심하지않게 잘만함 다만 어매니티 다 싸들고 가길 추천. 어매니티 자체가 간소히 있고 그리고 사용해 보니 퀄리티도 좋지 않음. 칫솔 면봉 샤워캡 드라이기 빗 면도기 다있으나 샴푸 바디워시 일체형, 비누 정도 있어요. 조식도 막을만하고 아침에 따끈한 도가니탕있어서엄청 맛있으니 조식 포함해 주세요

The clearness is a problem of this hotel. I have dog allergies and dust mite allergy. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Whenever I enter the room, I had a runny nose severely. Without my nasal spray, I couldn’t sleep. The facilities are okay compared to other hotels in Cheongju. The location is perfect.

코로나시기 때문에 인원부족이 원인인줄 몰라도 하우스키핑이 엉망임. 첫날은 외출후 객실청소가 전혀 안되어있어 수건만 교환하였고,둘째날은 청소를 했다고 하는데 전날 사용한 욕조의 물이 그대로 있는 어이 없는 상황이어서 청소를 한건지 믿을수가 없었음. 특히 정상적인 컴프레인에대한 대응도 핑계로 일관하며 진상고객 대하듯이 하는 이해하기 힘든 피드백이었음. 그외 조식과 전반적 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았음.

스탠더드 룸에서 숙박했어요 시설이 좋고 청결했는데 야간에 들어오는 난방이 너무 답답한 정도로 많이 들어와서 잠을 좀 설쳤어요 조식은 종류는 많지 않았으나 맛있게 잘 먹었어요

락희 너무 별로였어요

청주나 세종을 1년에 5번 정도 가는데 락희가 쇼핑하기도 편하고 깔끔하고 모든면에서 좋아서 세종이나 청주 갈때마다 여기서만 잤는데 여태까지 만족했는데.. 이번에는 정말 ... ㅠㅠ 일단 쇼파 쿠션을 아이들이 놀다가 들었는데 신었던 양말 두짝이 있더라구요.. 그런데 화장대 의자에 또 누가 썼던 로션샘플이 있었고 그냥 좋은게 좋은거라고 아무말도안하고 퇴실했는데 퇴실한 3일후? 에 전화가 왔어요 호텔 락희인데 방에다가 안경을 두고 가셨다고 .. 아니,, 저희 가족일행은 안경을 쓴사람이 없는데... 우리 전에 방을 숙박했던 사람껀가봐요.. 어의가 없어서.. 구석 구석 청소 안하셔도 기본적인 청소는 하셔야 하는거 아닌가요... 수건은 다 빵꾸나고... 시설이 갈수록 ...안좋네요....
