「The room smelled of dog pee so strong I couldnt sleep was giving me a headache but the staff was amazing and very accommodating of the situation」

「I had a request for a 2:00 check in and when I arrived it wasn’t till 2:30 before I could move in. For some reason it wasn’t till the last room to be cleaned.」

「There is an additional pet fee not listed in the pricing so the cost of the stay was higher than expected. I would have chosen a nicer location for the same price.」

「It's important to keep the toilet tissue stocked and ensure that the roll isn't almost empty. I went to the front desk to ask for an additional roll, but they informed me that the tissue was locked up. As a result, we drove across the street to buy a roll ourselves.」

「Pros: room was clean, had a working A/C and refrigerator. Cons: The curtains were tattered and too short for the window and barely covered the width of the window. Beds were hard. Pillows were like a rock. Only offered one wash cloth and two bath towels for 3 people. Did not offer amenities at all. There was a small coffee maker but no grounds offered and missing the glass coffee carafe. Tv remote didn’t work, microwave had a broken dent in the door and was unplugged (we were afraid to...
