Very nice facility with clean rooms and a great bar/grill/pub attached. One drawback was it was quite noisy with multiple guests having multiple dogs. You could hear the running and playing in the room above us which is kind of expected in a facility of this age with wooden floors. This will not keep us from staying here again on our next visit to Maggie Valley.

The rooms are very dated nowhere to hang a wet towel when units for AC were very loud A family with children above us were noisy every evening late and early morning No complementary coffee in lobby Attached a restaurant bar was mediocre It was a convenience but less than average bar food , and I thought they were a little understaffed long wait time for service

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The bed was too soft and the linens did not fit the bed and was torn. I ask for them to change the sheet and replace which they did but they did not fit. The ice machine was in repair. The bed was the biggest problem.

Clean room, nice office staff, almost no water pressure at all, tiny room, the restaurant had a live band just a few yards from our room until 10:00 at night. We were not told that would happen. Heater didn’t ever shut off, room was run down.
