"The Staff makes up for the short comings of the hotel. People like Sean and his great customer service, made the stay a little more comfortable after my first room smelled of dog. Sean moved me with no hesitation, Thank You Sean."

"OMG! Not a good experience at all. My reservation said call if arrive after 10pm. I called and called and called with few different #s, but no one picked up! Hotel.com was not helpful at all either and basically just told me to show up and it should be fine! When I got there at midnight, there was no one. There was a sign telling me to dial 500 which did not work!!! Luckily, a guest opened the front door and I saw another overnight # to call and someone showed up 10 minutes after he told me he will be there in 5 minutes max. The whole process was so painful and frustrating! Now the room review. The towel, sheets were all clean and no complains, however, it is very old and many things needed update. The faucet was leaking water; somehow the bath door was nailed to the wall so can’t be closed; the hanging rod was missing, etc. Although I did not feel unsafe, but I smelled weed inside and outside. I would not stay there again for sure."

"The staff was warm and nice. However, the hotel is dated. The hallways were dark and gloomy. The venting machine doesn’t accept credit payment, which is okay as Walmart is a 2-min drive. I was able to accept the condition of the hallway as the bedroom itself was not terrible. No carpet and visibly clean. However, the bathroom was the reason behind the review. The toilet seat seemed damaged by heat. The water did not get hot, and the handle fell off. The ventilation in the bathroom is so poor that the door stopper has a thick layer of mold on it."

"House was very clean when we arrived. Dasi, our host, quickly replies to any needs and concerns. We have stayed at this house for several years in a row and have always enjoyed our stays."
