“Fun stay”

“PROS: The valet parking was convenient. Literally steps away from the FedEx forum and Beale street. There is a restaurant on site (sort of expensive but a good variety of meal options) and a well stocked market for snacks and etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as far as outside sounds go. CONS: The fan in the bathroom doesn’t come on separately from the light. The mini bar in our room was locked and we could not get it open, no instructions were posted. There are no……

“Hotel was nicely designed & very comfortable. Unhappy with rundown neighborhood where it’s located. Didn’t like that there was no breakfast included. That was something we really liked at the Chattanooga Indigo. Breakfast restaurant next door had pretty poor service - it was pretty chaotic. Food was good though - when we finally got it!”

“Very clean hotel. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great bar & coffee bar downstairs. Easy walk to Beale Street. Helpful hints: car valet drop off is around the corner on Dr. MLK Junior Ave (kind of hard to find) and the hotel kept the original building's machine shop exterior, but it's all part of the hotel (you're in the right place). ”

“Love the architecture of the entire building ”

“Nice location and hotel. Room was big . Only complaint bathroom door was hard to open from inside.Free warm cookies and delicious coffee ”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……
