「Everything was a mess from the start: the key card didn't work, the lamps inside the room didn't work, the room was filthy, the fridge was making loud noises and had to unplugg it.... the breakfast was mediocre at best. So yeah, my mistake for booking in this hotel.」

「Breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and hot. The hotel was located in a very safe area and very close to the interstate 」

「Some things on the property had been updated (like the tub and shower), other things had not and it is an older building. Breakfast was just a continental breakfast, was not very good, and closed down early. Ice machine did not work. Mattresses were quite old and uncomfortable. The TV had a mediocre picture. The sink had the hot and cold hooked up backwards. The refrigerator and microwave worked. The A/C worked fine as well.」

「Our room was horrible….broken toilet seat, water pouring out of closed faucet, water on bathroom floor, ripped furniture , lights above desk not working. No milk, no juice for so- called free breakfast . Took 18 minutes to check in. Ugh」

「No still waiting on my refund we did not stay there there was cockroaches in the bed we did not even stay there they said they were going to refund us and I still haven't received it」

「The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!」

「My shower pooled up the first night I arrived. So my son was able to shower, but I was not.The second night it pooled and did not drain. I had to use chopsticks to open the drain cover...and what I saw made my stomach turne. So we had to get extra towels and take bird baths for the rest of out stay. The sink ran /dripped constantly, which was annoying. I took pictures and videos of the filth. It is absurd that I paid $100+ a night to stay in filth.」

「My only concern was the shower area was not all clean. There are marks in that area which appears to be oil and dirt film that was never cleaned effectively. The staff were very nice. I love the extra towel bin in the hall next to the elevator. The breakfast was hot and the area was cleaned and stocked. I would stay here again. 」

「The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. 」

「Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying.」
