"I did not understand the directions to enter our room because the email referenced the name of the room, but itonly had a number. We did figure it our, but I believe that issue is fixed now! The room was really great. We loved the location, the decor. We were repeat visitors to Alert Bay- last time we camped- this was much more fun"

"The hotel is in a beautiful spot on the Brentwood Bay. The rooms are beautiful and offer a feel of luxury. We had a suite with a fireplace and a hot tub on the patio, from where we could overlook the bay. We were not quite satisfied with the property’s upscale restaurant. The service was slow and they didn’t have everything on the menu. The pub was nice. We didn’t use the spa services. The marina was also nice but a boat tour wasn’t available short notice. We did enjoy taking the boat shuttle to Butchart Gardens, which is truly a gem. Overall we would still give this property a 5-star rating. We enjoyed our stay there very much."
