“Great option to stay in a treehouse! Philip the owner was proactive in obtaining our driver’s number to send him details of how to get there and was welcoming and helpful when we arrived. He also helped us to choose the best options for our one full day. Breakfast was great, would highly recommend!”

“One night stay to experience the Periyar reserve close by. Our room was enormous and located near the very back of the property. Sadly building works are directly next to the property so we heard angle grinding. Mgr tried to stop them but only the rain did. Staff amazing. Food delicious. Great cocktails and beers. Breakfast sumptuous! Many many options to choose. Lovely hotel with nature every where. Peaceful (mostly) oasis. We did the Nature walk. Some confusion over timings etc meant we were……

“The setting is magical, and perfect for our smaller kids with activities and a kid-friendly swimming pool. Property condition felt a little dated and dining options were few and expensive, esp given the indoor option was very small and the hotel has no spirits licence (so only beer and wine available) ”

Pros: 1.Rooms were super clean. 2.We had couple of items requested to our room and they were fulfilled very quickly. 3.Food was delicious and served with courtesy. 4.Location was amazing. Breeze from backwater itself can make your day awesome!! 5.Enjoyed complementary boat ride. Cons: 1. Overall property maintenance could be better. observed a lot of dust and dirt on exterior decoratives. 2.There was a list provided that explains activities……

“This hotel being a 5 star is a joke. The rooms are very old and the bathroom had a very bad smell to it. The room was not maintained well and was dirty. I have stayed at numerous 3,4, and 5 star hotels all over the world. This was by far the worst hotel and experience. The hot water did not work properly for showers and the lights went out at least once an hour. The restaurant’s food was very oily and they did not serve proper lunch after 1:30pm so for check in we had very few options. We had to……
