“This was our second holiday here and once a lovely relaxing and peaceful time in a beautiful location. The heated pool is wonderful and it's great to have aircon in the property for those extra hot days. Simon and his team always respond quickly to any requests. Highly recommended!”

“The property was very well located, being close to the town of Chalais with a decent size Intermarche and Monday market. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed using the swimming pool and our youngest liked the swing in the tree! We had lots of BBQs. Only small niggle was that we were unable to find the toaster? Also not enough mugs,……

“Une maison charmante, extrêmement propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Un lit très confortable et de bonnes nuits de sommeil chaque nuit. Le jardin et la terrasse sont fantastiques. Un moment de détente assuré par le simple chant des oiseaux. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et nous ont tout expliqué à notre arrivée, nous recommandant de bons endroits à visiter. Nous reviendrons certainement si nous revenons dans la région.”

“Nous avons passé 13 jours en famille absolument délicieux chez Elizabeth. Tout d’abord la maison est très bien située pour rayonner dans le Périgord et même en Charente toute proche. Ensuite, ce charmant cottage a un magnifique jardin et une piscine des plus agréable. Cette maison est décorée dans un style vintage qui lui donne tout son charme . Enfin (voir en premier lieu), Elizabeth est une femme adorable, très accueillante, absolument charmante, une excellente voisine très discrète et……
