Not family friendly. Very sketchy motel..room smelled like marijuana. Check in process was horrible. They have a digital kiosk that someone from across the world attempts to check you in and 99% of the time he can’t finish the check in process then the person at the front desk has to finish. Gave my room that i pre booked to someone else and kept leaving the desk to reset the WiFi that kept malfunctioning. I would avoid if possible!

I didn’t end up even staying. They didn’t have my room ready, said they didnt get my reservation they were booked but then got a room ready within the hour. When I walked in I saw 2 roaches in the bathroom and outside I didn’t feel safe or comfortable so I left didn’t stay and didn’t get money back. Don’t recommend!

Shops are nearby, but the place was awful. Remote video check-in with hard to understand instructions. Dirty rooms, no amenities, no breakfast. For $77 a disgrace. Shouldn't have been more than $30. Never again!

The front desk clerk was rude. She threw my license and my credit under the slot at me. Then when I requested a refund due to my hotel room being infested with roaches, she said she could switch my room to the other.side of the building.

The room wasn’t very clean. Stray hairs everywhere! The listing says newly remodeled. That’s not accurate. Nothing in the room was “new” except maybe the flooring and it wasn’t installed properly. Gaps in the LVP. When checking in it’s a digital kiosk, where they charge you a $3 fee to check in, but if you don’t pay it, you can’t check in and you room is non refundable. And the area isn’t the greatest. Whole place smelled of weed and someone was outside yelling from 11:15pm to 12am. The pictures are deceiving for sure!

The door to my room wasnt completely secure it was lose around the lock and makes it look as if the door doesnt close completely, the toilet water pressure was very low and only flushed twice it took forever to refill so it didnt flush for a long time, the shower you have to play with it to get hot water because the knob was broken, the towels couldnt have been washed well because they had hair all in it and the lighting is very dim. It was advertised as being recently refurbished but i dont think i was given a room that fit that description however with how late it was it was convenient just not comfortable.

AVOID! I have never had such a poor experience. I opened my room door and saw several bugs crawling on the floor and the walls. The top cover on the bed was clean, but the linens underneath were dirty and the mattress was stained. The room was nominally non-smoking but clearly smelled of cigarettes. I immediately turned around, turned my key in, and left. For what it's worth the staff did give me a full refund with little discussion.

This hotel is scam , because they would take your money when you don’t safe at the hotel . So you at for a refund . The manger will not call you back to her about your situation. I asked to be moved and they couldn’t because they only had one room left and that was the room they gave me . I asked to be moved because my room had to much traffic in front of my room . The manger ask the people or either told the people to stand somewhere else . One of the people that were staying there didn’t like it so he made a comment . He still was sitting on the stair where my room was at . Didn’t feel safe because that man was mad about a simple request. I asked for a refund and still haven’t got one . Don’t stay there because they don’t won’t do anything to fixed your problem. I asked for a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable.
