「I felt the description of the flat was accurate. It was quite comfortable for our family of 7. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful. All our concerns were graciously and effectively handed by Nicholas. Thank you for your good service and concern. 」

「The flat was great. Clean and well stocked with standard kitchen and bath items. Door handles and latches need to be replaced. The doors don’t close and require use of a slide lock to keep closed and are out of alignment (loud to unlock at night/morning). Not a huge deal but something that could be upgraded to make it a nicer stay. 「We found this perfect for a weekend break in London when attending an event at Wembley. Detailed check in instructions were provided the evening before our visit, and all went smoothly.We weren’t in the property long, just to sleep really. The bed was comfortable, shower hot and powerful. Lots of thoughtful extras provided, including a fan, which we were grateful for given the heatwave we had during our stay. We ate out, so unable to comment on the kitchen, other than it was clean. 」
