"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "We can recommend staying at this lovely chalet. The instructions were useful (e.g. to bring snow chains for snowy Winter), the place has everything we needed and the skiing slope was just a very short walk from the chalet (you can ski right to the front door)."
