“Ok good morning ”

“room was good, up to par, clean. the problem is front desk is not service and door is always locked. i wasn't given wifi when i checked in so i had to go back to office and wait like 5-10 minutes just to get in and get the password.”

“The Travelodge was a simple property and I did not need much. However the WIFI would only work half of the time, despite the Manager re-setting the hotel router. The bathroom sink would not drain water well. The television remote control had channel cursor buttons to go either up or down, but only the up cursor worked. “Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell.
