The location was good. It was hard to drop bags off due to the construction and location of the hotel. We tried to check in 20 min early but were told we could at an additional cost. I understand they gave a check in time but this was the only location that tried to get money off of it. I also had to stand and wait 5 minutes for a staff member to come up and assist me. The rooms were plain no decor just a bed and one table.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was our first time trying this brand. The location is kind of odd as you have to enter from the back of the building. Not a great place to drop off luggage and check in. We had reserved two rooms. They were no where near each other (we did not have an early check in- we came well after 5p) and initially the first room we were given smelled like urine. I couldn’t stand it. We were given another room right away but after getting into the shower my children realized the bathroom shower curtain was covered in yellow stains and also smelled like urine. I immediately removed the curtain and threw it in the hallway. Which by the way smelled of smoke and cannabis. My children complained of the smells every time we had to leave the room. Our air conditioning was not working on top of everything. It was just a gross hotel, the beds were clean and comfortable but that’s about it. So may loud noises and we had a lovely view of graffiti out our windows. I would never stay at a Premier Inn after this experience.

The property can use some maintenance. The fan in the bathroom sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The room is not cleaned daily and requesting a room cleaning is like pulling tooth. During our 4-night stay, we requested room cleaning once, We requested before 8 am and left for our activity. Came back around 3, and the room wasn't cleaned. We called and was told that sometimes they finish between 4 and 6. But some guy didn't come until after 6 and wanted to clean the room. We were tired and ended up didn't have the room cleaned and lived with a dirty toilet for the rest of the stay.

I only stayed 2 nights but it was a lovely stay! Because of construction I did have a harder time finding the hotel but once I figured it out it was easy to navigate! Felt safe as the doors were locked at a certain time. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Beds were comfy and I enjoyed the purple lighting at night when I didn’t need the full lights on. Room was big, unfortunately my view was of concrete pad but other than that it was a lovely stay! Have recommended it to others for future!

Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt. Staub im Bad, grosser Fleck auf dem Teppichboden. Zimmer wurde trotz rechtzeitiger Anmeldung nicht frisch gemacht. Frühstück qualitativ gut aber einiges Geschirr am Buffet war dreckig. Kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Parkhaus, welches für 12 Euro/ Tag genutztbwerden kann, zu Fuss 5 Min. entfernt. Rezeption nicht ständig besetzt.....man musste immer warten, bis jemand kam und dann gab es tw. Sehr lange Schlangen.

Schone kamer, goed ontbijt. Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Parkeren is wel te doen bij parkeergarage in de buurt, maar is wel lastig als het regent.

The first room we were allocated was not made up, so back to check in spoke to a member of staff who was pleasant and friendly about our situation. They said that we had been given the wrong room and we were given a different room The room was not even properly cleaned every thing was tired looking bed was not comfortable. Only a few stations on the tv. The next morning we went to reception but no one was there to help so we just left and left passes at the desk couldn’t face another night in that tip. We were not expecting a 5 star hotel but at the very least room should have been clean and comfortable.
