「It's OK to stay. Breakfast is good enough. But the back door is not well secured」

「Hotel was fine. Blackout drape in room made it especially dark which was nice. Location up on hill was a bit difficult to locate at first. The maid service was the only disappointment in that the room was not cleaned on the second day. New towels were left but a dirty one was left on the floor and the empty tissue box was not replaced. Breakfast was good and Carla who kept the breakfast area in great order was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were plentiful in lobby and the lobby was...

「A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place」

「Even though the rooms seemingly were remodeled recently, it looks as if they do not do a very good job cleaning in between.」

「Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes.」

「We had a great stay. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The rooms were clean. This hotel thought through how many outlets people typically need and it was refreshing. I don't have to bring my own power strip. The hotel is located in an ideal place, right off the freeway but just outside the crowded downtown area.」

「We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!」

「We have stayed here twice now. Not too crowded. The scrambled eggs actually taste good. There is an additional sink outside of the bathroom, which is great for when you need to get ready while the bathroom is tied up. Pillow lovers will appreciate that there are 4 pillows for each queen bed.」

「At first look it was great till We had bed bugs in are room. Then other room the bathroom sink was flooded and faucets was broken. The staff thats was there move us and said the manager was going to talk to us NEVER seen him. The pool and the hot were out of order. The breakfast they said they had was gone staff could keep up too many people and not enough food.」
