“Check in was good, everyone I met in passing was very polite to me. The 10pm-7am quiet rule was fairly loose. One night someone rang the doorbell in rapid succession several times past 11pm, and there were just other noises that sometimes took place well past 10pm. The room/bathroom was as described, without access to a kitchen or laundry I think it was a little steep in price. Fridge and microwave were convenient to have in the room, finding parking was easy and it is located in a good spot. ”

“Overall this was a great property. It was clean and had all features in the listing. What was not listed was that one of the bedrooms is actually the walk in closet of the master bedroom. Which was awkward with a large group. ”

“Elvis is very good helpful host. Rather disappointed with TV not working due to missing signal box. Despite several promises to provide one it never arrived considering hire was for 25 days and loss of total source of vital entertainment . This should have been made clear to us before arriving. Not acceptable as important part of facility was not provided but full price was charged. This in our view is inadequate facility provided, warranting partial refund of at least 20% considering staying in……

“5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants ”

“Very clean and quiet, even for being a downstairs unit. Access was easy. Neighbors were friendly. The walking path behind on the canal and lake was a lovely bonus. Cons: street parking on a semi-busy street with lots of construction traffic. And, there was only 1 very small frying pan. Otherwise, the unit is fairly well stocked and very comfortable with easy access to everything nearby. ”
