“This was a wonderful 2 week stay. Mike and Jodi were great hosts and very prompt to assure our needs were met. Because of our ages, we had a problem with the bed height but Mike provided a stepstool and solved that issue. There is a train very close by that provides an automatic alarm daily at 8 am. We ate dinner out or had nuked leftovers so were ok with not having a kitchen. The porch is lovely to sit any time of the day and Cookie, their dog is a sweetie. I can recommend these owners and……

“WiFi speed was good enough for video calls, small perks like that helped us work easily from the room.”

“The stay was ok.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Everything looked exactly like the photos and the atmosphere was quaint, calm and relaxing. We were conveniently located to several restaurants and the area was lovely. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.”

“Such a neat place! Very peaceful setting.”

“Great little spot!”

“Property was clean and as described. It was close to our event for the weekend. Only suggestion would be paper towels in the kitchen.”

“I cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had staying at Denise & Mike's lovely cottage. They went above and beyond to make sure our family gathering was perfect...and it truly was. Sitting on the front porch sharing coffee in the a.m. and wine in the evening. Board games, chats and laughter until our bellies ached. Our family spent our much needed reunion sharing long overdue times making more wonderful memories. Upon arrival we found the property even more special than we imagined from……

“Relaxing, close to all.”

“Adequate to sleep for the night and take a hot shower.”

“WiFi worked well enough to finish some emails. Fridge helped keep snacks fresh too.”

“Convenient parking spot near entrance added ease to arrivals and departures every day of our trip!”

“The place was just beautiful ”

“In comparison to other motels around here, this one had cleaner bathrooms while still keeping up overall quality within its price range.”

“House is not directly connected to the Potomac river. That's all private property so you have to go to a common area to launch a boat or fish.”

“Clear WiFi signal let me finish projects smoothly from my room desk area, very helpful with deadlines tight around travel times.”

“The weather played havoc with our Memorial Day weekend plans, but we still managed to have a great time. We ended up spending far more time in the Robin’s Nest than originally planned, so I feel confident in saying it was a comfortable home away from home for us. We made a couple of meals and streamed some movies on the smart TV, but mostly we lounged around when we weren’t out seeing the soggy sights.”

“Absolutely adorable, perfect location and well appointed. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend and maybe if you’re lucky you’ll meet the little black cat who visited us!!”

“Great place - very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with host. Would definitely book again!”
