“Hotel was a morgue in early 1900s, and was advised by staff and casino employees sometimes see a female ghost playing the slot machines, fascinating history of casino and town.”

“We stayed at Villa Motel while visiting the Manitou Springs area and found it to be a wonderful place to stay, especially with its convenient location near Pikes Peak. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and included a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We weren't sure if a refrigerator would be included, so that was a pleasant surprise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the motel was……

“I was there by myself. I needed a place to stay I felt safe. While this is an older motel it was clean. I did find a couple bugs inside. PLUS, you could see through the bottom of the entry door Nice shower. Bed was squeaky and not the best mattress. But owner was super nice. I would stay there again.”
