Located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Within walking distance to Frontier Park. Several outdoor patio options. A unique "triangle" shaped home offering 2 private suites (one up and one down) with a common living area in the middle. Clean, comfortable home with Central Air. This home offers several outdoor living spaces with a large, covered front porch, as well as several decks and patios. The upstairs suite offers a large master bath with separate tub and shower as well as a walk in closet. The downstairs suite offers an attached bath with extra deep tub/shower combo and a walk in closet. The downstairs also offers a second room that can be used for an office, a craft room, or another sleeping area. Laundry is available onsite. This is truly a one of a kind home with a great north location near Frontier Park, Frontier Mall, Airport Golf course, downtown area, and the hospital.

Family Retreat

It was perfect! My husband and I booked this trip for our family. Our children are spread out all over the country and we were all together for the first time in a long time. House was super clean and provided space for everyone and privacy if you needed that. We played games, took turns cooking and spent time at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Would definitely stay there again. And is close to everything!

Sunset drives offers nice sunsets!

We really enjoyed the layout of the home, the location, cleanliness etc. Couple of things to note...there is no table and chairs for meals...a counter with 3 bar stools. Didnt bother us but want others to take that into account since it is a 3 bedroom. The room upstairs is gorgeous but the arc window has now covering so be prepared to rise with the sunshine 🌞. Again, didn't bother us but it was bright! We really enjoyed the front porch and the kitchen area...really the whole house. Very nice! Thanks Katie!

Unique Home!

This uniquely, beautiful home was perfect for our family. 4 adults and 4 children total with plenty of room for everyone! Conveniently close to plenty of things to do. The host, Katie always responded quickly to any questions we had! We visit Cheyenne a couple times a year and would definitely stay here again!
